Start-Stop or squeeze technique: which one actually works better?

I keep reading about the start-stop method and the squeeze technique. Some people say squeeze is a shortcut, others say it just builds tension. Which one should a beginner train first?

Both work; they train slightly different reflexes and most men end up combining them. Start-stop is the foundation: you stimulate up to a 7/10 on your arousal scale, stop completely, let the urge fade to a 3/10, then continue. It teaches you to recognise the point of no return before you cross it. The squeeze technique is a tool for the moment you get close: a firm press at the base or on the glans reduces the urge within seconds. It is more of an emergency brake than a daily drill. Beginner path: spend 2-3 weeks on start-stop alone so you learn your own signals. Then add the squeeze as a backup for real situations. If you feel pelvic tension building, add a reverse kegel instead of squeezing harder. These are behavioural techniques. If pain appears, stop and consult a professional.

Perfect, I'll start with start-stop then. Thanks!
