Use your recovery codes to regain access
No Email Recovery
This system does not use email addresses for account recovery. Instead, you received 10 recovery codes when you created your account.
To recover your account:
- Go to the sign in page
- Enter your username
- Use one of your recovery codes as the password
- You'll be prompted to set a new password
Lost your recovery codes?
If you've lost all your recovery codes and cannot access your account, you'll need to create a new account. This is a security feature to protect your privacy.
